Post Whoring Newbie Thread
I cant believe I'm saying this.. but..
I like the companies that have online support. Access to account information online... I never liked that before, was worried with security.. but.. considering the alternative (waiting on hold for now 15 minutes)

Except for this roofcleanphenom guy it has been pretty quiet around here lately. I've also noticed that VTR owners seem to go to bed early. Not me. I'm up and doing important things- like drinking red wine and cleaning guns.
I'm personally against all these two word posts, taking up six posts for a simple sentence.
That's because I'm not a post *****, I just come here to express myself, rant, etc. If there was a cash or merchandise prize, I might consider pure post whoring, but I don't work for free.

Speaking of which....
I finally sold the SuperHawk on Saturday. On top of that, after much adieu, I decided to sell my Ruger GP100 (the one that I was going to get gunsmithed) in order to fund an insane deal on a S&W 627 Performance Center 8-shooter wheelgun.
Be careful not to drink your guns and clean your red wine....

I traded a G22 for a DAO Ruger SP101 recently. That little gun just shoots. I have Crimson Trace grips as well. It is my 'easy' carry gun, and will be at Grant Cunningham's shop this year for modifications.
I like the Ruger wheelguns, and plan on owning a 4" GP100 eventually. They are simple, stout guns. However, I'd like to get into local matches with the 627PC due to it being an 8-shooter and availability of parts. Personally, the PC guns suck out of the box, so the 'new-to-me' 627 will eventually get massaged. Now, you had to mention a Colt Python a few threads back.....time to buy a lotto ticket again....
