I especially prefer pithy quotes from America's founding fathers and rants against socialism, diversity, multiculturalism, cultural Marxism, gun control and"immigrants" who are determined to turn my tax dollars into welfare, food stamps, WIC coupons and Section 8 Housing Vouchers.

 

I've read a lot about the War between the States including Shelby Foote's Trilogy, which is the best there is. Despite being born in New Jersey, raised in Pennsylvania and educated in New York, and despite knowing the outcome ahead of time, I'm always rooting for the Confederacy while I'm reading. Can't help it Randy 'cause GW is a liberal Dem with an "R" after his name. Betrayed most every principle of Goldwater/Reagan conservatism. Came to power with an ascendant conservative GOP majority in both Houses, the greatest opportunity in two or three generations. Not only did he utterly squander the opportunity, he did great damage to the cause with his "compassionate conservative" (aka liberal) bullshit. Too much liberal bullshit to list in one post.

I saw "Blazzing Saddles" the other night on AMC. At least one word in every other sentence was blanked out. It was ridiculous. I saw that movie when it first came out at a Drive-in. And I've got a copy of it somewhere in my garage.

Mel Brooks wrote that movie with the intent of poking fun at everyone...Whites, Blacks, Chinese, Mexicans, Irish, Jews, KKK, Gays, Ex Cons, you name it. And the funny thing is that the White guys were depicted as being the most stupid of anyone.
