I had a 98 XP limited stock... Was playing on the Ohio river 8 years ago just outside of Parkerburg, WV. There are Tugs that push barges up and down the river. They push these HUGE swells directly backward... propwash... There was probably 12-14 feet from swell to swell (top to top)... When you sat on the ski between them and got to the bottom of the swell, all you could see was water above you.. anyhow, I was jumping the swells like a double.. front side of one to backside of next... turn to go out, hit the throttle, bounced, stayed in throttle... woke up next day in Parkerburg General.. I have a scar from above and just in front of my right ear curving around it to the back of my head.. bout 6-8'' .. Had Brainsurgery in West Virginia.. (That's the best part)... Turns out I hit the end of the handle bar, and nearly tore my ear off, cracked my skull, and now have a hole a little larger than a 50 cent piece in my skull where they removed the pieces of bone pressing on my brain... I owe my life to my Father (twice, I guess.. ), he was close enough in his boat to jump in and drag me out of the water...
