There was a guy on the CSB forum that had a single action .357 for sale...good shooter, I know, I sold it to him..Kind of had that wild west look to it...Don't recall the name, it was German I think...wanna say he was asking $175 or $200 for it..

Not more than a week later they are in their Karate class, and a policeman comes in for a little gun saftey class.. during the class they blurt out "my daddy let's us play with his gun.".. geez talk about trouble.. Yep that was me.. answering ALL KINDS OF questions.. explaining myself to the EX.. after all the talking was done she was ok, but (understandably) concerned.. anyhow.. it's all good now.. just a funny coincedence, and an EYE opener. I guess my point was lost on them or I didnt make it well enough.. so I spent more time..

I used to have one of those, the Rugar GP100 a most excellent wheel gun! .357 is great as you can load it with some really hot .38 rounds that won't kill your ears, or your hand...of course that gun will take a lot of abusive ammo and not kill your shooting hand...

Trigger locks work great if you have small kids around...
Both of mine have grown up shooting, so they have a healthy respect for what these things can do...That and I showed them what a simple .22 round can do to a cantelope when they were little...I was like, now imagine this is your head...point was well recieved!! LOL...no but it worked...
