I know. I worked a 40 hr job went full time to school and the last yr rebuilt an older farmhouse for my fiance' (now wife) and I to have a home when I gradutated......

Gave $55K for house and 30 acres. Later sold the house alone for $75K after living in it for 6 yrs.
