Every member of my family has a carhardt coat.

 

They have great customer service.

 

They are based out of Kentucky.

 

We had a 5T coat for my son that the zipper broke on. It was over a yr old and we thought that nobody would do anything for it. My wife called them and they replaced the zipper, cleaned it to make it look like new, and paid for shipping. To top it all off, they apologized for it breaking..............

 

I decided that even though they may be more expensive, they were my brand.

 

I just ate.
