Go to Target, buy "Skull Candy" earphones $14.99...They are the bomb....they stay put....they have different size end peices to accomdate different size ears...I think it is like 3 size's in the package...

I got a pair of those Bose noise canceling things, and just put a DOT sticker on them. Seems to work alright.

I like the skull candy's cause they are like earplugs with sound...That is what keeps them in your ear....that and they sound amazing..Just picked up a pair for my new/old ipod...LOL
