I hate conference calls. I always tend to make snide comments about the presenter, or at the very least the materials being covered.

.... until my mute button didn't light up anymore. then I couldn't tell if I was muted or not.

I was working two jobs there. I told them I didn't want to do one of them anymore. So I still work there, but only doing what I enjoy doing, and that's actually serving. No more, or at least a lot less, having to kick people out.
