Last night I went off to the Civil Air Patrol meeting as usual. Looked like it was going to storm so I took the car, unlike last time. :nod:
Well it got pretty wild. I was standing outside watching this funnel cloud
when they cancelled the meeting. grrrr... thanks for the advance notice.
I waited for about an hour for the storm to pass but there was a 2nd round heading in. I decided to sneak home in between the 2 waves of storms. This was the freeway home.
just after I snapped this picture, an Audi TT that was hauling *** thru the deep water finally drown. LOL :*******:

Geez.. we cant buy water, and you get flooded.. Seriously. The town of Burlington used to sell water to Greensboro.. they cut them off. We are in a serious drought situation.. got maybe a 1/2-1 inch in the last two months.. GREAT for ridin.. but damn my grass is hell...

Besides... I could die every time I get on the 'hawk, too. I figure it's just the price of playing... "risk" that is...
