My local ANG meets tonight for deployment briefing. They cancelled our CAP meeting so they could use our meeting room. I think I am going to bring them cookies. What kind of cookies do you guys like? If I can find the most popular ones, I will bring those.

The cookie question is just one example of things we have to get used to. I'm not trying to be mean at all, so don't take it the wrong way Ali. People mean well and it's always nice to get things, but "what kind of stuff do soldiers like?" is actually a very awkward question to answer. You don't want to hurt the feelings of the person aksing though, so you usually just make things up. LOL
