Okay, this is a bit over the top I admit, but I'm still impressed ... Ohlins, Marchesini, MV pipes ...

Wow. That looks really good. Didn't have to look at the listing to tell it was a Bendejo though.

I love those 1200 bandits, but that thing is a waste of components. Hideous proportions, tailsection looks way way too big for the rest of the bike. Nose is ugly too. The paint job would look ok on something else, but on that bike it just accentuates the horrible mishmash quality of all the body work. I know I'm technically new around here, but that's my 2 cents. Really, really ugly. That said, I bet it's a blast to ride, and who cares what it looks like if it's fun to ride. Those bandit 1200 motors are supposed to be bullet proof and a ton of fun.

Okay, but what do you really think?

Okay, just because it's got gold plated brake reservoirs and rearsets, and funny little 'farkles' on the tank and whatever ....

But still .... looks like some will get a unique, if not cool, bike.

I think it's cool, except for the green color.

I hate the vent thingies, and the tail is too big, plus the gold is a little weird for me... but I like it overall.

Stick on vents look terrible, not a fan of the paint, but a cool bike. Flat black, and I'd like it a whole lot more.

I hate when people say things like "$24k invested" - How in the hell is that possible? I bet I could replicate that bike for about $5k, except for the paint, which I wouldn't want anyways. Seriously, does anybody think that you could spend $24k building that bike, unless your just throwing money away left and right, not shopping around??

Maybe including hours of work invested? In any case, we all know that money into a bike doesn't compare to price for a bike.

Classic example of a silk purse from a cow's ear. The styling on the Bandits was always an exercise in broken line and abused proportions, this thing is pretty.

Nice flow for the eye to track across the bodywork and the pipes finish it off with elan.

I am so over origami creases and splash graphics on trendy offerings. It's like, for the last ten years, the factory designer guys were hired out of the transformers toy studios. I've got solid credit, a largish cash deposit, the desire for the new tech but the 'ugh' factor keeps me out of the sales office.

Gimmee Audrey Hepburn over Miley Cyrus anyday.
