Tell me about it... I figured I'd be beating PM's off with a stick.... but I know come March when it's warm enough to go back outside and ride all of a sudden interest level will shoot through the roof and people will be pissed they missed on it.

Still available....

As for the spring size... not sure, like I said I have three and I'm sure they are pretty standard items you can get from Yoshimura if you call them up.

I'll look to see if I have any pics, the system came off a bike I bought that I never registered, I tore it down and it's still in my basement as my plans for this project has been on hold for awhile so I dont' have many pics of it before I took everything apart.

Son of a bitch... When I saw the post I was hoping SlowHAWK was going to say it was sold.

I can explain my reluctance and maybe others here are in the same boat. The idea of getting one of the few remaining full systems at a low price is awsome, but the cans are rough so I would not want them. I can still get new RS-3 cans likely to be ~$700 or so. Then I need to get the header Jet hot coated, prolly another $250, so altogether its $1350. Still not bad by "full" system standards, but it is a huge chunk of change compared to the $100 here and $200 there type mods I usually do.

I could buy it, put it in the back of the garage and look for a deal on Ebay for the cans... Jethot it next winter....
Dammit - would somebody buy this already

I'd just get new sleeves: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Motor...item35afe2e2ab

Or just shorten them up, the repairs don't look to be any worse than what i had to do to my Mig setup. Just a bit of elbow grease and some time on reshaping or replacing the metal bits.

edit: heck those look to be in better shape than my MIGS were I doubt they'd need much work at all to look good.
