Not at all....

1st she got mad when she noticed i was in paypal paying for something... I said fine, i won't buy the damn thing then... logged off... then a couple hours later i went back and paid for it.. lol then the next day she said she was ok with it.. so i told her i would go buy it... which i had already done..

honesty is the key!

it showed up yesterday, and when i got home from work, like a kid on christmas, opening my new present, she said.. "your so spoiled" lol

And as i'm typing this, my second coat of base is drying, i think i'll do three coats of base, and 2-3 of clear... so hopefully painting will be done by tomorrow, and i'll have it buffed out 24hrs later, and on by weekend....

And i'll even post pictures...

So far i gotta say i am pleased with the painting process... I don't have quite the shine as the bike does yet, but i've not got the second coat of clear "flashing" i guess... And it does shine very nice.... I think once its completed, and i can buff it this week, it will look very good... but so far the color looks almost exactly the same...

$41.75 at CarQuest for them to match the color and sell me a clear, all with the flex stuff in them...

 

Well... I'm done painting... still haven't buffed it out yet, as i need to wait atlest 24hrs,

thats my rear cowl and the new lower together.... what do you think?

MOST (well, probably not you guy's, since you still have your hawks), but MOST married guy's are not HONEST at all... they talk like they still will keep the toys after getting married.... But then they are dishonest with themselves after the fact when all the toys go bye bye...

I was completely honest with MYSELF... lol I told myself i was getting a new toy, and I did....

Tail and lower are sold. I still have the upper. I have to box it up and get Lou a shipping price and he's going to decide if he wants it. Fundgh also said he wanted it and said he sent a pm but I never got anything from him. Pm'd him and still no response...

 

Sorry, PM was sent to Lou since he was the one I was replying to. As you are on the other side of the country from me, I am guessing shipping would be very expensive. I am out of the country right now anyway and am not prepared to make a deal (also very indecisive about my project!) Go ahead with sure money if it is there.

No just the upper Greg. I listed a few posts up that the lower and tail were sold. I have to box the upper up and get Lou a shipping price and he's going to decide if he still wants it. If not it'll still be up for grabs.
