FOR SALE: single sided swinger and wheel
got the swinger off ebay and the wheel from superbling. swinger is in excelent shape. wheel could use repowdercoated or polished. also i dont have the 4 lugnuts.
saleing do to not having time. i was planning on doing this conversion this winter but my fiance is pregnant. as if thats not going to kill all my free time i also have several house projects i need to get done, like finishing the nursary. so rather then this sitting on a shelf for ever and going to waste i figured i would pass it on to sumone else. ive got about 400$ invested so i would take that plus shipping. i can ship anywhere but shipping may get costly if yur over the big pond.
pictures to come tonight. itl go on ebay this weekend so if yur interested let me know snappy like.

not the best pic. the wheel has some places where the paint is pealing but now dings or damage to the aluminum itself. it is a 5 inch wheel. superbling said its fine for a 180 tire still

the line im throughing in is a stainless braided black covered clutch line. its got the right ends on it. i was going to try and use it for the rear brake line. eyballed too about the right length.
i was REALLY looking forward to this project, sumone please give this stuff a good home.
(btw theres so many peeple interested so far i think the fairest thing to do is for anyone whos interested pm me a bid. ive had several pms about pictures for peeple who might be interested. several pms about wanting it if the price is right. so send me what its worth too you and we will go from there.)

I've been watching eBay, and the list, for a while for VFR "tail parts". I have a HawkGT also (my kids call it "Junior"), and I've always thought Honda should've put a ProArm on the SuperHawk (my kids call that "Papa").
PM sent.

This VFR swingarm ZED had was from a 98-01 model... but anyone used a 2002 or later for their conversion project?
I'm wondering if there's any difference between the Pro-Arms themselves. I know wheels are interchangeable among any year VFR (except the varying wheel widths, of course).
Thanks for the info.

Don't use a 4th gen swingarm as it designed for the traditional frame mounting point. I think the cbr/gsxr guys want the 4th gen years (94-97).
Note: the 02-present vfr swingarm is even longer than the 5th gen (98-01). The 5th gen lengthens the superhawks' wheelbase by 1.5 inches all ready so I wouldn't think one would want to go with a 6th gen SSS unless you're going drag racing.
