Mint, Highly Modified 98 Hawk FS
#1
Clean, Modified 98 Hawk FS (Pearl White/Gold CBR Wheels)
******New Price******
$3800- going once, going twice......
Sadly, it's time to move on...I've enjoyed this bike tremedously but I think it's time for a change and let someone else have a go. Here's the specs
1998 Superhawk, 26,000 miles
Maintenance up to date
Never tracked, raced, wheelied, stunted, etc. Just ridden well and enjoyed.
Never dropped, tipped over, crashed, nothing.
Was originally Red. This summer I got the bug to change it up a bit (even though the plastics were perfect) and went with a 3 stage pearl white with metallic grey inserts by the radiators. Over the years the bike has recieved a number of upgrades including:
PAIR removal
Racetech valves/springs/oil front fork mods
Fox Twin Clicker rear shock
Harris rearsets with carbon heel guards
Carbon rear hugger
Carbon triple tree cover (bike has always been ridden without a keyring dragging)
Carbon gas tank protector (seen better days, but does the job
Devil High Mount Carbon Exhaust with baffles removed (sounds great!)
VFR handlebars (nice rise, much more comfortable)
Yellow Gauge faces
CBR900rr/600 wheels, powdercoated gold
Clean tail section with flushmount blinkers all around. (Need to replace one front)
DID 530 chain/AFAM sprocket (can't remember the number, but it's the recommended upsize)
GSXR1000 6 piston brake upgrade with new pads (includes Master Cylinder and brake lever)
Stainless brake lines
Pazzo adjustable clutch lever
Superbike grips
Michelin Pilot Power 2CT tires (rear needs replacing, may do this prior to sale)
As you can tell, a lot of love has gone into this bike and it's never been abused. It looks extremely clean, although there's a couple of chips from the ride up to MotoGP this year; I'll touch them up prior to sale. I need to take new pictures of the bike; attached are a pic prior to the new look, and a crappy pic with the new look when I was riding up in Malibu.
I'm looking to get $3,800 for this beauty; not bad considering you can't recreate it for this price by any stretch. If interested, please email me at warren_victor"at"toyota.com or call me on my cell @ 310.594.5577. I'm available to show it any eve. or weekends.I'm in Los Angeles, Marina del Rey to be specific (90292).
Thanks for your interest,
Warren.

Back on the market (with PICS!)
Hi all,
Very delinquent on getting pics up for the bike, but they're done!
Some updates:
1)Never did the rear tire so it still needs replacing
2) Needs a right blinker as you can see from the pics, just haven't gotten around to doing it
3) It's due for a valve adjustment
Due to the minor maintenance issues, I'm willing to take $4,000 cash for the bike. The mileage is currently at 28K as can be seen on the odo.
Please go to
