FS: Highly Modded 98 Superhawk in FL $4000
Well Iv'e had the hawk for 6 years now and it may be time to say goodbye. Starting a new family and being low ranking in the military, I could use a little extra money. I know it's not the best place to post, but nothing would make me happier then to sell it too another sh forum member which is how I bought it. So here goes:
98 superhawk w/19k miles
complete 04 cbr1000rr front end w/ badass radial mc
all ***** tapered stem bearings
900rr braced swingarm
tapeworks graphics
fox twin clicker shock
two brothers full stainless exhaust with wrapped header
sharkskins lower fairing
Matris steering damper
apex 3" riser clip ons
corbin smuggler seat
mototech undertail
Real pazzo levers
goodridge stainless lines
gilles rearsets
ape ccts
Dr. Honda velocity stacks
Dynojet jet kit
supersprox rear and vortex front sprockets 15/43
T-rex frame sliders
Coerce front sprocket cover
zero gravity windscreen
Lots of carbon fiber covers
almost new bridgestone 003 tires
new 08 zx6r rectifier(great upgrade)
new yuasa battery
digi tech gear indicator, but is being removed because its fried
suspension set up for 180lb rider
Lots of other parts to go with the bike
I did have a slight low side on the throttle side, so there is some rash on the upper and lower fairing, but does not look bad at all. Iv'e always maintained the bike very very well. It runs flawlessly and all lights and blinkers work. This bike has tought me alot about riding and working on bikes in general and I hate to see her go. I would like to mention that it is very loud, so you've been warned. I am not interested in parting out right now, so please don't ask. Not in a hurry to sell, but i am reasonable. Asking $4000 OBO. Bike is located in Panama City, FL, so call if you got any questions or wanna bull crap about superhawks lol (859)445-2442 Tony

Appreciate all the complements. Everytime I ride it someone always has a question about it. I guess it's because it's a sportbike that's not stretched and slammed and I'm in Florida lol.

You will get more parting it if you decided to do so... if i was closer id buy it but its a long drive from n.j. ... glws if you do part it id be interested in the seat swinger stacks and exhaust...

I think they mean take the performance / add-ons off it and sell them separately, then sell the bike at a more movable price.
If this bike wasn't rashed/dropped ever I'd say it was well worth every single penny...gorgeous SH.

nice bike. good luck. its a hard one - few people except the emotionally hooked on the hawk are willing to spend the dollars. Tried hard with mine. lucked out and found a friend interested and went as low as I could on the price. Didn't want to part mine out either for same reason and I was trying to simplify my life not complicate it by opening a small parts reselling outfit!
good luck.
good luck.

Thanks. Nope no luck selling it. A lot of people just bull crappin me and dreaming about buying it. I'm really in no hurry to sell, but the more I look at it the less I want to sell it. I wish I could just find someone who would really appreciate it like I have.
