I'm doubting it will get to me, but if neither of the first 2 pick this up, put me in line.

How big of a difference does this make? What does it do for the feel of the bike?

Well if you ride the bike hard, it is a good mod. The swingarm has quite a bit of flex in it and adding a brace takes care of the problem.

Well you do have that Ohlins shock out back......
but if you are going to use it as a track bike like we talked about it would be a good thing to do to the bike.

+1 it make the bike much more stable and you'll notice it as soon as you blow by a tractor trailer on the interstate cuz you wont feel that looseness out back anymore but instead it will stick and feel steady...

Since it seems the deal is done in this thread, a little might be ok, me thinks...

Yes, all years CBR 900RR will do... Match the caliper bracket to the swingarm... Or just stick any other one on there, like me...

Ok, just for clarities sake.

900RR brace welded on the SH swingarm. Matching caliper bracket with the SH caliper?

yes, the only thing needed is to remove the OEM SH brake "anchor" (welded to swingarm)and replace it with the 900RR unit (in similar location as on 900RR arm).

Since this has already been jacked to hell, why do you have to change the anchor? Does the stock sh anchor make the caliper hit the new brace?

Well, this is how the stock one looks like... Basically an "outie" and if you look at trincs pick up above you see that it's an "innie"...
