F/S Yoshi Exhaust

F/S Yoshi Exhaust
Hello everyone, I just purchased some new exhaust for the SH and have the Yoshi exhaust F/S. They are not in the best of shape. The left can has two dents on the top of the can and the right side has a dent in the pipe right before the can. Also the cans are different, the left is a newer can which as a ring around the ends. I also believe that they are the street version, because there is a baffle in the ends. Asking 100.00
I also have the front blinkers that have the clear lenses. Make an Offer.

Hey Rex, I got the pipes today, and they look nice! I think the pictures make the dents look worse than they are. I still plan on trying to gently pound them out, of course.
Anyway, I put them on, and they sound pretty good.. But really I have no idea, because the place where they clamp on needs a bushing or gasket of some sort. I tried squeezing in a few loops of plumber's strap, but I couldn't get it tight enough. What did you use? Or were you even using the stock header?

Matt, I didn't use anything. The guy I bought the bike off of had them on there and he didn't have the clamps. The left one leak where the header and midpipe went together, but I think we some clamps you might be able stop that.

Muy bien. Thanks for the info. Now I have some direction, and will have to make time for waiting for the gaskets, which is fine because it's cold. It'll give me time to spend fixing the pipes up
