954 Lower, SP1 Upper triple w\bearings
As I have switched to a SP1 lower triple I have a fork swappers special.
The Lower is a 954 that has been set up to use in a SH. The steering stops have been modified to clear the fairing stay and also have been drilled for extended steering stops. Right now it is set up to be used with the radiators in the stock location. If they are relocated it is just a matter of unscrewing the stops and either readjusting or removing them.
Also included is a SP1 upper triple. It is not in the best shape but is not all that bad. The Honda emblem is missing also. It does have an ignition switch also (there is a broken off key in it and I haven't messed with it to see if i can get it out)
I will also include a set of tapered steering head bearings, so it's like one stop shopping.
I'm asking $215 for everything, including shipping in the lower 48 other areas might be different.

The issue is usually finding a complete set at something approaching reasonable pricing. They're getting more and more rare, and thus the repeated scramble to find the right assemblage of parts to work it out. It's usually cheaper to assemble a set of parts that work, and it's almost always faster than waiting on a complete setup (wheel/brake rotors, forks, triples, clipons, fender) to come up on eBay or the like.

No, it's not quite bolt on and ride. A stock 929/954 lower triple has to be shaved down in order to turn past the fairing stay... just like the OP says...
