2001 VTR For Sale
Hey Guys, this one isn't mine but $2900 for a 2001 doesn't sound bad, even from a dealer.

Those are black stainless Jardine's. Looks to me like a crazy good deal anyway.

Agreed. I'd pick it up for 3k. Again..would have to know the mileage though but looks sweet...even though it's red. Hehe

for those not from the orange county area in socal, i believe that ad is from a dealer that "specializes" in rebuilding salvaged bikes. i've had friends purchase from them and have had perfectly fine bikes, but supposedly their practices err on the side of, let's just say, "different". there's been rather lengthy discussion about this dealer on i believe oc moto and another socal forum -- look for "stolen 1000rr". it's really late and im about to head to sleep, so i apologize for not including a link. ill try to find it tomorrow morning.
