They were CBR954RR forks with RaceTech springs and Gold Valves, professionally assembled. I'm sure she would really appreciate another set of those.

After I looked at this I realized I had bought some parts from him......I will get with someone else on the forum that bought parts from him and see if he has his number. I have talked to him and I will try and pull his number form my cel phone records.........Gareth

The payment was made to a Paypal account, which means the owner of that has taken responsbility for this transaction.
Lisa, if you have not filed a claim with Paypal, you need to to so immediately. It's probably his mother's account.

Having spoken with my contact at IB, unless either of the parties involved is a forum sponsor, the IB legal department cannot get involved. Lisa, if not already done, file a Paypal claim and they will take action as necessary. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Also, you'll notice that all the IP addresses were edited out. I didn't know this but that cold cause legal problems for IB so they've been removed.
Wicky, Erik, and everyone else, thanks for all the research you've done. If anyone has a phone number PM it to me and I will attempt to contact Mr. Roozen personally.

Thanks so much you guys for your help. I have filed a claim with PayPal. He has 10 days to respond.
I knew it was too good to be true, I actually felt bad for the guy having to sell them so low.
I am an artist, homeschooling mother of three. At 41, I got back into motorcycles to ride and do stuff with my teenage son (he bought a Rebel 250).We hope to build cafe racers with the help of a friend who lets Trey help out in his shop.
Everyone is astounded that a fellow biker would rip another off, so it must be a rare anomaly.
In addition to following through with PayPal, I will write to all of these people and places. Although, I'm sure they are over bailing out this deadbeat relative as well.

He's not a "fellow biker". His Facebook page has no pictures of bikes, and anyone who's got this hobby usually likes to advertise it. No, he's just a piece of crap who probably stole a bike and was parting it out on this forum. Granted this is pure speculation and I'm not accusing him of anything....

Joshua Portugal/Caroline Portugal agrees to let Sean Michael Roozen to take over payments of their 2006 Suzuki Gsx-r 600. Sean Michael Roozen will pay $11,000 in total for the motorcycle. He will be putting a deposit of $400.00 down, and $250.00 per month until payment is complete.
Should anything happen to the Suzuki Gsx-r600 during his possession before the completion of payment, Sean Michael Roozen will be responsible for the repairs or bodily damages to the bike unless the bike is totaled, in which case Sean Michael Roozen is responsible for making the gap payment to replace the bike utilizing the gap insurance in place, at the discretion of the gap insurer.
Upon full payment we agree to immediately sign over title and cover the fees to put title into Sean Michael Roozen's name after Suzuki sends it us.
If Sean Michael Roozen fails to make payment on the motorcycle he will voluntarily relinquish possession of the motorcycle, and we both acknowledge that We, Joshua Portugal/Caroline Portugal, will take the motorcycle back into possession until Sean Michael Roozen can complete the payments. Once money is sent to Suzuki, it is non-refundable. A monthly receipt of payment will be sent to Sean M. Roozen via the US postal service each month after any payment has been made and sent to Suzuki.

also looked for roozen....nothing. but, we did recently perge a bunch of inactive users or 'zero' post users recently.
Interesting as he had 3 addresses(?) in WI but didn't seem to find our board.
Here is another data-mining site to looks for people...I don't have a membership, but it looks like it finds a lot of stuff.
