    I wish I could be more help. A pal that does a lot in parts says it looks like an overlay. They use somebody else's part as a pattern and they do a thin overlay. Mine is certainly thin and I paid $180 for it but it's been solid state.

    Sorry, I don't check this part of the board very often. His name is Tim Tinkersley. He is here in Austin but still uses his DC mobile number. 571-225-3390 He did a great job on my bike.
